Rare Discontinued Thin Sabian DARK CRASH 16” AAX 1013 g BRILLIANT Sounds Amazing

This is one of the nicest 16” Dark Crash cymbals you will hear! And it’s a pretty rare cymbal too - the Sabian Factory DARK CRASH! 

And they didn’t lie!  Have a listen to this beauty! It’s dark!  It could even pass for an 18” it’s so rich and dark sounding. You can see why Sabian discontinued this beauty - it was probably competing to well against the much more expensive HHX Evolution Series.    

Sabian Brilliant Finish AAX DARK CRASH 16” in fantastic condition. 

The weight on this AAX is thin at 1013 grams, and it's easily bendable. It's plays like a very dark, thin Crash. It feels soft and malleable. 

Glowing warm with a hint of Sabian Brilliant shimmer.

A great FAST CRASH! Punchy. Hits and quits. But also is so lush it could be a faster Orchestral Suspended Cymbal.  

Dark. Lower pitched Bendable. Very responsive. Controlled. Great warm and luscious sweet spot!

Medium quick decay. Even and euphonic! You can take this cymbal on every single gig.  It plays well from soft to loud. 

Again  - sounds much closer to an HHX but without the hefty price tag.

No issues   Not an easy cymbal to find but extremely versatile.
