Steve Gadd used this model in the 80s and 90s and one listen to it and you will know exactly why! It’s one of their drier, more focused cymbals with magnificent stick attack.

Warm, dark and with a fantastic clean and crystalline stick attack that is unlike anything Zildjian offers today.

At 1922 grams this 18” provides the elusive admixture of quick, crisp stick articulation with the control and short decay of the rare smaller size.  The bell cuts as well as any 20” and the lower pitched tone speaks like a larger cymbal - it just responds quicker.  And that’s a beautiful thing when playing syncopated and up-tempo stickings.

Amazing condition. One of the cleanest you will ever find. Hard to find and made iconic by the legend.
