  • Weighing in at a lovely and indeed thin 1088 grams this 17” plays like a great THIN COMPLEX CRASH. Imagine that!

  • Easily bendable. Opens very quickly. Dark. Fast. 
  • The RAW bell is stunningly hand hammered and gorgeous. It’s a testament to the design and craftsmanship that went into this 17”. It’s Sabian’s flagship series and it shows.  This is the revamped HHX. And the Raw Bell provides a bit more projection which is a great thing on a paper thin cymbal.  

  • LOW and Dark. Glowing. Fantastic broad spread - complex with subtle overtones swimming about, penetrating attack with a fairly quick decay.
