- A gorgeous Agop 21” that has a terrific attack and a very dark tone. Great combination of stick to washing and its Old School Hand Hammered.
- This rare 21” has all the hallmarks of the early days at Istanbul Agop - a large nearly 6” bell. Low profile, Hand Hammered with that waviness that when Istanbul debuted, we hadn’t seen in 30 years of cymbal-making.
- Looks completely handmade, is completely handmade. Dark and complex and semi-Smokey sounding, medium low in pitch.
- At 2430 grams it supplies plenty of straight-up stick attack and the hand-hammered complex wash has mellowed over the last two decades. Golden patina tempers and controls it.
- Different than ANYTHING that debuted in the 1990s or early 2000s.
